½ ounce half and half

½ ounce white chocolate syrup

2-3 drops peppermint extract

1 tablespoon corn syrup (for rimming)

2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies (for rimming)

Whipped cream (for garnish)
# Instructions:

Pour corn syrup onto a shallow plate and place crushed peppermint candies on a separate plate. Dip the rim of the shot glass first in corn syrup, then in crushed peppermints to coat completely.

Pour the half and half into the prepared shot glass. Add white chocolate syrup and peppermint extract.

Stir mixture gently if needed to combine. Top with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
