Peppermint Shot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ ounce half and half
02 - ½ ounce white chocolate syrup
03 - 2-3 drops peppermint extract
04 - 1 tablespoon corn syrup (for rimming)
05 - 2 tablespoons crushed peppermint candies (for rimming)
06 - Whipped cream (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Pour corn syrup onto a shallow plate and place crushed peppermint candies on a separate plate. Dip the rim of the shot glass first in corn syrup, then in crushed peppermints to coat completely.
02 - Pour the half and half into the prepared shot glass. Add white chocolate syrup and peppermint extract.
03 - Stir mixture gently if needed to combine. Top with a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
