Marinated Feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz. feta cheese, cubed
02 - 1 cup olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
05 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
08 - Crostini for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Add olive oil, sliced garlic, fresh parsley, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and red pepper flakes to a measuring cup or mason jar. Mix until well combined.
02 - Add feta to a medium sized bowl and pour olive oil mixture over the cheese. Let feta marinate for 30-60 minutes at room temperature.
03 - While the cheese is marinating, prepare crostini according to your preferred method.
04 - Pour feta and oil mixture into a shallow serving dish. Add another splash of balsamic vinegar and serve with crostini.

01 - No need to refrigerate during the 30-60 minute marination time.
