Place the sealed can in the Instant Pot or pressure cooker. Fill with water to the maximum capacity line, ensuring the can is completely submerged.

Set the pressure cooker to high pressure. Once full pressure is reached, cook for 35 minutes.

After cooking, turn off the Instant Pot and allow pressure to release naturally. Let the can cool completely in the water before removing and opening, which may take several hours.
