Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, diced
04 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
05 - 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
06 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
07 - 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Brown ground beef with minced garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
03 - Mix Parmesan and cheddar cheese into the beef mixture.
04 - Flatten each biscuit, add filling, fold and seal edges to form bombs.
05 - Place bombs on a lined baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
06 - Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
07 - Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
