In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter completely. Allow it to bubble and foam. Watch carefully as it will quickly turn golden brown. Once it reaches a nutty brown color, immediately remove from heat.

Immediately add the mini marshmallows to the hot browned butter. Toss for about 30 seconds until they begin to melt.

Add both the Rice Krispies and Fruity Pebbles to the melted marshmallow mixture. Stir quickly until all cereal is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking pan. Press down evenly with a greased spatula. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
