# Ingredients:

→ French Toast

01 - 24 pack Hawaiian Rolls, cut horizontally and into sections of 4 rolls
02 - 3 eggs
03 - 160 ml heavy cream or half and half
04 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
05 - 2 tablespoons sugar
06 - 2 tablespoons butter

→ Sandwich Filling

07 - 8 eggs for scrambling
08 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream
09 - 2 teaspoons hot sauce
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
12 - 450 g bacon, cooked until crispy
13 - 4 slices cheddar cheese or preferred cheese
14 - 2 tablespoons butter
15 - Maple syrup for dipping (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, cream, cinnamon and sugar until completely smooth and well combined.
02 - Heat two tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over low heat. Add the egg mixture and cook slowly until no longer runny but still shiny. Top with cheese slices and set aside on a plate tented with foil to keep warm.
03 - In the same skillet, increase heat to medium-low and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Dunk the Hawaiian roll sections into the French toast batter, ensuring both sides are well coated. Cook for approximately 2 minutes per side until golden brown and toasted.
04 - Place the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon on the bottom buns and top with the upper buns. Serve with maple syrup on the side for dipping if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, cook the French toast on medium-low heat to ensure the center cooks through without burning the exterior.
