Crockpot Little Smokies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 340 ml (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
02 - 360 ml (1.5 cups) grape jelly

→ Protein

03 - 680-800 g (24-28 oz) Lit'l smokies sausages

# Instructions:

01 - Add chili sauce and grape jelly to a medium slow cooker insert. Stir thoroughly to combine into a smooth sauce.
02 - Gently stir in the Lit'l smokies until evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
03 - Cover the slow cooker and cook on high setting for 2-3 hours or on low setting for 4-5 hours until sausages are heated through and sauce has thickened.

# Notes:

01 - This appetizer is ideal for gatherings and can be kept warm in the slow cooker throughout service.
02 - The sweet and tangy sauce develops more flavor the longer it simmers.
