In a blender, combine pitted cherries, coconut milk, maple syrup, almond extract, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until completely smooth.

Add chia and hemp seeds to the blender and pulse on low speed just until combined. Do not over-blend.

Distribute mixture into serving containers, filling each about halfway (approximately 240ml per portion).

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow pudding to set before adding cherry topping. This prevents the fruit from sinking into the pudding.

Top each portion with halved cherries and serve chilled.
