Teriyaki Chicken with Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
02 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
03 - 1/4 cup honey
04 - 1/4 cup rice vinegar
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tsp ginger, grated
07 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions
08 - Sesame seeds
09 - Cooked rice or lettuce leaves

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
02 - Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the teriyaki sauce over them.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
04 - Shred the chicken with two forks and stir it into the sauce.
05 - Serve over cooked rice or in lettuce wraps, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
