Spinach Ricotta Stuffed Shells (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 12 jumbo pasta shells

→ Filling

02 - 2 cups ricotta cheese
03 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Pepper, to taste

→ Sauce and Topping

08 - 2 cups marinara sauce
09 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
03 - Stuff each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in the slow cooker.
04 - Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
05 - Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until heated through and the cheese is melted.
06 - Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.

01 - For a crispier topping, transfer the cooked shells to an oven-safe dish and broil for a few minutes.
