# Ingredients:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 3 eggs
02 - 15g sugar (1 tbsp)
03 - 1g salt (1/4 tsp)
04 - 20g all-purpose flour (2 tbsp)
05 - 180ml milk
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Meringue

07 - 3 egg whites
08 - 35g sugar

→ For Preparation

09 - Unsalted butter (for greasing)
10 - Sugar (for dusting)
11 - Powdered sugar (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Grease a baking dish or individual ramekins with unsalted butter and dust with sugar.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the 3 whole eggs, 15g sugar, salt, flour, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk the 3 egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add the 35g sugar, whisking until stiff peaks form.
04 - Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg mixture until just combined.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared dish or ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.
06 - Bake for 13-15 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set.
07 - Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
