5-Minute Silken Tofu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
02 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
03 - ½ tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
04 - 1.5 teaspoons sesame oil
05 - 1 teaspoon honey
06 - 1 teaspoon MSG
07 - 3 garlic cloves, grated
08 - 1 scallion, thinly sliced

→ Main Components

09 - 1 (14-ounce/400g) pack silken tofu
10 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
11 - Microgreens (optional)
12 - Cooked rice (optional, for serving)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, toasted sesame seeds, gochugaru, sesame oil, honey, MSG, grated garlic, and sliced scallion. Stir until well integrated.
02 - Carefully transfer the silken tofu to a flat serving plate or shallow bowl, maintaining its shape.
03 - Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the tofu. Arrange halved cherry tomatoes around the tofu.
04 - Sprinkle with microgreens if using. Serve immediately with rice on the side if desired.
