Shrimp Stir Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds (700g) shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail on or off
02 - 1 cup snow peas
03 - 6 mushrooms, sliced
04 - 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
05 - 6 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
07 - 4 tbsp vegetable oil
08 - 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
09 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
10 - Juice of 1 lime
11 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
12 - 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
13 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
14 - 1 tbsp cornstarch
15 - 1 tbsp water

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, lime juice, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
02 - Heat 2 tbsp of the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a plate.
03 - In the same skillet, heat the remaining 2 tbsp oil. Add the minced garlic and chopped ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds over medium heat.
04 - Add the snow peas, mushrooms, and orange bell pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until tender but still crisp.
05 - Stir in the prepared sauce and mix until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.
06 - Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
07 - Serve immediately with steamed rice for a complete meal.
