Salmon in Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g salmon, cut into 4 fillets
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - Kosher salt
08 - Fresh cracked pepper

09 - Homemade lemon dill sauce
10 - Sliced lemons
11 - Fresh dill sprigs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F). In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, paprika, and a couple pinches of salt and pepper until well mixed.
02 - Drizzle the salmon fillets with the seasoned oil mixture, ensuring even coverage on all sides.
03 - Place seasoned salmon fillets into the air fryer tray or basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
04 - Transfer to serving plates. Accompany with lemon dill sauce, lemon slices, and a sprinkle of fresh chopped dill.

01 - The salmon should reach an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F) when fully cooked.
