Roasted Crimini Mushrooms (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 oz crimini mushrooms (baby bella mushrooms)
02 - 1/4 cup olive oil
03 - 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
04 - 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - Salt to taste
06 - 2 tbsp salted butter, melted
07 - 1 garlic clove, pressed

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet. Ensure the baking sheet can fit all mushrooms in one even layer.
02 - Trim the bottoms of mushroom stems and wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Cut larger mushrooms in half for even cooking.
03 - Place mushrooms in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil until coated. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then toss again to distribute seasonings evenly.
04 - Spread mushrooms in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, positioning each mushroom stem side down.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, removing the baking sheet halfway through to drain accumulated liquid. Return to oven immediately to maintain temperature.
06 - While mushrooms are roasting, combine melted butter with pressed garlic in a small bowl.
07 - Once mushrooms are done, transfer to a clean mixing bowl and toss with the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
08 - Serve immediately while hot for best flavor and texture.
