Arrange 6 cups on a small baking tray or pan for easy transfer to and from the refrigerator.

Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Pour over blue jello packet in a small bowl and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes until no longer warm.

Pour blue jello evenly into the 6 cups. A funnel helps prevent drips on the sides. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until the jello is set.

Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Pour over the unflavored gelatin packet in a small bowl and stir for 2 minutes. Carefully stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes.

Carefully pour the white gelatin mixture evenly over the set blue jello layer in each cup. Return to refrigerator for about 20 minutes until set.

Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Pour over red jello packet in a small bowl and stir for 2 minutes until dissolved. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes until no longer warm.

Carefully pour the red jello evenly over the set white layer in each cup. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until completely set.

When ready to serve, top each cup with fresh whipped cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
