Red White Blue Jello Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Gelatin Components

01 - 3 oz blue Jello
02 - 3 oz red Jello
03 - 0.25 oz unflavored gelatin packet (1 packet)
04 - 3 cups water, divided

→ Dairy & Toppings

05 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
06 - 1 cup whipped cream (homemade or store-bought)
07 - 6 maraschino cherries

# Instructions:

01 - Arrange 6 cups on a small baking tray or pan for easy transfer to and from the refrigerator.
02 - Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Pour over blue jello packet in a small bowl and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes until no longer warm.
03 - Pour blue jello evenly into the 6 cups. A funnel helps prevent drips on the sides. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until the jello is set.
04 - Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Pour over the unflavored gelatin packet in a small bowl and stir for 2 minutes. Carefully stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes.
05 - Carefully pour the white gelatin mixture evenly over the set blue jello layer in each cup. Return to refrigerator for about 20 minutes until set.
06 - Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Pour over red jello packet in a small bowl and stir for 2 minutes until dissolved. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes until no longer warm.
07 - Carefully pour the red jello evenly over the set white layer in each cup. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until completely set.
08 - When ready to serve, top each cup with fresh whipped cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

# Notes:

01 - Use a funnel to pour each layer cleanly without dripping on the sides of the cups.
02 - Ensure each layer is completely set before adding the next to prevent mixing.
03 - For best results, allow sufficient cooling time before adding each gelatin layer.
