Sort colored marshmallows into separate groups by color.

Coat a 25cm (10 inch) cast iron skillet or braiser with non-stick cooking spray. Spread chocolate chips evenly across the bottom of the skillet. Distribute mini peanut butter cups evenly over the chocolate layer.

Arrange colored marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer, placing each color in parallel stripes to form a rainbow pattern.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 3-4 minutes. Then switch to broil function and cook for 1 additional minute, watching carefully as marshmallows will brown quickly.
