Rainbow S'mores Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g (16 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
02 - 10-12 mini peanut butter cups
03 - 280g (10 ounces) colored mini marshmallows
04 - Graham crackers for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Sort colored marshmallows into separate groups by color.
02 - Coat a 25cm (10 inch) cast iron skillet or braiser with non-stick cooking spray. Spread chocolate chips evenly across the bottom of the skillet. Distribute mini peanut butter cups evenly over the chocolate layer.
03 - Arrange colored marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer, placing each color in parallel stripes to form a rainbow pattern.
04 - Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 3-4 minutes. Then switch to broil function and cook for 1 additional minute, watching carefully as marshmallows will brown quickly.

# Notes:

01 - Serve warm with graham crackers for dipping. The contrast between the crunchy crackers and gooey chocolate-marshmallow mixture creates a delightful texture experience.
02 - For best results, use a cast iron skillet which maintains even heat distribution.
