# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen)
02 - 1 ripe banana

→ Liquid Elements

03 - ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
04 - ½ cup coconut water (or almond milk for creaminess)

→ Optional Additions

05 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
06 - ½ cup ice cubes (optional, for a chilled texture)

# Instructions:

01 - Add pineapple chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, and coconut water to a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste and add honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is needed.
04 - If a colder texture is desired, blend in ice cubes.
