Papaya Lime Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds (900g) papayas, two small or one large
02 - 2/3 cup (130g) sugar
03 - 1/4 cup (60ml) water
04 - 1/4 cup (60ml) freshly squeezed lime juice (about 3 limes)
05 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the papayas in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Peel the papayas and cut them into chunks.
02 - Put the papaya pieces in a blender along with the sugar, water, lime juice, and salt. Purée the mixture until completely smooth.
03 - Chill the mixture thoroughly, then freeze it in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure the papaya purée is completely chilled before placing in the ice cream maker.
