Mango Mojito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
02 - 10 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
03 - 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
04 - Juice of 1 lime
05 - 45 ml white rum
06 - Soda water, to top off
07 - Ice cubes
08 - Mango slice and lime wheel, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Blend the mango cubes until smooth. You can strain the puree for a smoother texture if desired.
02 - In a tall glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with the sugar and lime juice.
03 - Add the mango puree to the glass, followed by the white rum. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
04 - Fill the glass with ice cubes nearly to the top.
05 - Add soda water to fill the glass, stirring gently to incorporate.
06 - Garnish with a mango slice, lime wheel, and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum and add more soda water.
