Heat oven to 450°F (230°C).

Roll dough out and place on a pizza pan dusted with cornmeal.

Combine olive oil, oregano, and garlic powder. Spread in an even layer across the crust. Bake crust for 5-8 minutes or until it just starts to develop spots of golden brown and the olive oil is mostly absorbed.

Combine cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses together. Mix about half the shredded cheese mixture into the macaroni and cheese. Spread this mixture in an even layer across the par-baked pizza crust.

Top with remaining cheese mixture and a pinch or two of salt and pepper.

Bake for about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle crumbled bacon evenly over the pizza.

Return to oven and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the edges of the crust turn dark golden brown and mac and cheese is thoroughly heated.

Garnish with fresh parsley, slice and serve immediately.
