Kool-Aid Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Graham Cracker Crust

01 - 170g graham cracker crumbs (about 9 crackers)
02 - 54g brown sugar, packed
03 - 86g unsalted butter, melted

→ Filling

04 - 1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
05 - 1 package (0.23 oz) Kool-Aid drink mix, flavor of choice
06 - 226g whipped topping (Cool Whip)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly with fingers or spatula until well incorporated.
02 - Pour in melted butter and stir until fully combined. Mixture should have a wet, sandy consistency.
03 - Press mixture evenly into a 9 or 10-inch pie pan or springform pan. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to compact the crust firmly.
04 - Place prepared crust in refrigerator while making the filling.
05 - In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and powdered Kool-Aid. Beat with an electric mixer until fully incorporated.
06 - Fold in whipped topping and beat on low speed until smooth and evenly combined.
07 - Spread filling evenly over chilled crust. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set completely.
08 - Before serving, decorate with additional whipped cream and fresh fruit if desired.
