Jennie's Heavenly Slow-Cooker Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
02 - 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
03 - 1 (8 ounce) container chive and onion cream cheese
04 - ½ cup dry white wine
05 - 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
06 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in mushroom soup, cream cheese, wine, and salad dressing mix until hot, smooth, and combined.
02 - Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour cream cheese sauce over top.
03 - Cover slow cooker and cook on Low until chicken is tender, about 4 hours.

# Notes:

01 - The mushrooms in the condensed soup are large and can be easily removed if preferred.
02 - Serve the chicken over hot cooked rice for a complete meal.
