Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Place pretzels in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet. Position one caramel candy on top of each pretzel.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 4 minutes, or until the caramels soften but still hold their shape.

Remove from the oven and immediately press one M&M into the center of each warm caramel. Allow to cool completely before serving.
