01 - 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
02 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
07 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down.
04 - Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
05 - Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes.
