French Onion Soup Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup long grain rice (not instant)
02 - 1 can (10 oz) Campbell's French Onion Soup
03 - 10 oz beef broth
04 - 1/2 cup butter, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - In an 8×8 baking dish, combine the rice, French onion soup and beef broth.
02 - Arrange the sliced butter on top of the rice mixture.
03 - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 25 minutes.
04 - Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes, until the rice is tender and all liquid is absorbed.
05 - Serve hot as a side dish.
