# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 15 minutes. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add oil, and sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until charred and fully cooked. Rest before slicing thinly.
02 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently until slightly thickened. Set aside.
03 - Boil water in a pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
04 - Heat sesame oil in a pot, sauté garlic until aromatic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream for richness and adjust seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
05 - Divide cooked ramen noodles into bowls. Pour spicy broth over noodles, top with sliced fiery chicken. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce, garnish with green onions and chili oil.
