Crispy Baby Corn Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 baby corn, canned (drained and rinsed thoroughly)
02 - 4 tbsp ketchup
03 - 2 tbsp sriracha
04 - 2 tsp oil
05 - ¼ tsp salt
06 - 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
07 - ⅔ cup panko or regular bread crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, sriracha, oil, salt, and ginger garlic paste. Mix thoroughly.
02 - Spread the panko bread crumbs on a plate and line the air fryer basket with aluminum foil.
03 - Dip each baby corn in the sauce ensuring even coating, then roll in panko breadcrumbs. Place the breaded baby corn inside the air fryer basket.
04 - Cook in batches of 10 pieces. Set the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 10 minutes.
05 - When the air fryer beeps, carefully remove the baby corn using tongs. Repeat the process with the second batch.
06 - Serve hot with mayonnaise or your preferred dipping sauce.

01 - Cook in batches for best results and even cooking.
02 - Ensure the canned baby corn is well drained and dried before coating.
