Cranberry Pistachio Fig Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Base

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 4 oz goat cheese, softened
03 - 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

→ Mix-ins

04 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
05 - 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
06 - 1/4 cup dried figs, chopped

→ Coating

07 - Additional dried cranberries, chopped
08 - Additional pistachios, chopped
09 - Additional dried figs, chopped

→ For Serving

10 - Crackers, fresh fruits, or vegetables

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, goat cheese, honey or maple syrup, cranberries, pistachios, and figs until thoroughly incorporated.
02 - Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Shape into a log, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
03 - Spread the additional chopped cranberries, pistachios, and figs on a flat plate. Roll the chilled cheese log in the mixture, pressing gently to ensure even coating.
04 - Place the finished cheese log on a serving platter. Surround with crackers, fresh fruits, or vegetables for an elegant presentation.

# Notes:

01 - This cheese log can be prepared up to 3 days in advance and kept refrigerated until serving time.
