Coffee Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups heavy cream
02 - 1 cup whole milk

→ Sweeteners

03 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar

→ Flavoring

04 - 2 tablespoons strong brewed coffee or espresso

→ Mix-ins

05 - 1 cup chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium saucepan, combine milk, cream, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
02 - Remove from heat and stir in the brewed coffee.
03 - Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator until completely cool, about 2 hours.
04 - Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
05 - In the last few minutes of churning, add the chocolate chips.
06 - Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
