In a large mixing bowl, mash the overripe bananas with a fork. Add melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined. Add the flour and oats, stirring until a batter forms.

In a small bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle the mixture over the banana bread batter in the loaf pan. Use a spoon to gently fold it into the batter to create a swirl effect.

Bake the loaf in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

While the bread bakes, whisk together the melted vegan butter, powdered sugar, and softened vegan cream cheese to form the frosting.

Drizzle the cream cheese frosting over the loaf once it has cooled for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy warm.
