02 - 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter
03 - ¾ cup maple syrup
04 - 1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
09 - ¼ teaspoon salt
10 - 1 ½ cups regular or gluten-free all-purpose flour
11 - 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

12 - 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter
13 - ⅓ cup light brown sugar
14 - 2 tablespoons cinnamon

→ Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting

15 - ¾ cup powdered sugar
16 - 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
17 - 2 ounces softened vegan cream cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a metal loaf pan with non-stick spray.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, mash the overripe bananas with a fork. Add melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond or oat milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined. Add the flour and oats, stirring until a batter forms.
03 - In a small bowl, mix the melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle the mixture over the banana bread batter in the loaf pan. Use a spoon to gently fold it into the batter to create a swirl effect.
04 - Bake the loaf in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
05 - While the bread bakes, whisk together the melted vegan butter, powdered sugar, and softened vegan cream cheese to form the frosting.
06 - Drizzle the cream cheese frosting over the loaf once it has cooled for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy warm.
