01 - 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 bell pepper, sliced (red, yellow, or green)
03 - 1 onion, sliced
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced

07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Pepper, to taste

10 - Juice of 1 lime
11 - Tortillas, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Add sliced bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
02 - Stir to combine and coat the chicken with the spices.
03 - Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
04 - Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks, then return it to the slow cooker and mix with the vegetables.
05 - Serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
