In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk with ice-cold water until well combined. Add the vanilla pudding mix and whisk vigorously until no lumps remain. Cover and refrigerate until set, approximately 4 hours.

Once pudding has set, in a separate large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the marshmallow fluff and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding in increments, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream. Stir until minimal streaks remain.

In a 9x13 baking dish or large bowl, arrange a layer of Nilla wafers. Top with a layer of banana slices, then spread 1/3 of the cream mixture evenly over the bananas.

Repeat the layering process twice more, finishing with a final layer of cream on top. Optional: decorate the top with crushed Nilla wafer crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
