Chick-fil-A Banana Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 box Nilla Wafers
02 - 5-6 large barely ripe bananas

→ Pudding Mixture

03 - 396g (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
04 - 355ml (1.5 cups) ice-cold water
05 - 99g (3.5 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

→ Cream Layer

06 - 590ml (2.5 cups) heavy cream
07 - 160g (2/3 cup) marshmallow fluff

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk with ice-cold water until well combined. Add the vanilla pudding mix and whisk vigorously until no lumps remain. Cover and refrigerate until set, approximately 4 hours.
02 - Once pudding has set, in a separate large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the marshmallow fluff and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
03 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding in increments, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream. Stir until minimal streaks remain.
04 - In a 9x13 baking dish or large bowl, arrange a layer of Nilla wafers. Top with a layer of banana slices, then spread 1/3 of the cream mixture evenly over the bananas.
05 - Repeat the layering process twice more, finishing with a final layer of cream on top. Optional: decorate the top with crushed Nilla wafer crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, choose bananas that are ripe but still firm to prevent browning and mushiness.
02 - This pudding can be made up to 24 hours in advance, though the wafers will soften over time.
