Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine paprika, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and coat with half of the seasoning mixture on both sides.

Bake chicken for 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 75°C. Remove from oven and shred completely.

Mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, cheese blend, and the remaining seasoning mixture until well combined.

Place a couple of scoops of the chicken mixture across the bottom third of each flour tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
