Cheesy Chicken Rolled Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seasonings

01 - ½ teaspoon paprika
02 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
03 - ½ teaspoon cumin
04 - 1 ½ teaspoons oregano
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon pepper
09 - Olive oil, to taste

→ Main Ingredients

10 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
11 - 110 g cream cheese
12 - 80 g shredded cheese blend
13 - 12 flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine paprika, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place chicken breasts on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and coat with half of the seasoning mixture on both sides.
02 - Bake chicken for 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 75°C. Remove from oven and shred completely.
03 - Mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, cheese blend, and the remaining seasoning mixture until well combined.
04 - Place a couple of scoops of the chicken mixture across the bottom third of each flour tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
