Cheesy Chicken Nuggets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 455g ground chicken

→ Dairy

02 - 225g mozzarella cheese, cubed
03 - 2 eggs

→ Breading

04 - 50g panko breadcrumbs
05 - 60g flour
06 - Dried oregano, to taste

→ Seasonings

07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Pepper, to taste

→ Cooking

09 - Oil, for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Season the ground chicken with salt and pepper.
02 - Take a handful of ground chicken and roll into a rough ball shape. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and wrap the ground chicken around it. Form into a nugget shape.
03 - Season the panko breadcrumbs with dried oregano.
04 - Coat each chicken nugget in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally cover with the seasoned panko mixture.
05 - Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the oil is hot enough (around 175°C/350°F) before frying to achieve a crispy exterior while fully cooking the chicken.
02 - Let nuggets rest on paper towels after frying to absorb excess oil.
