Roll dough out into a 14-inch circle on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.

Bake pizza crust for 5-7 minutes or until edges begin to turn light golden brown.

Spread basil pesto (or pizza sauce) over the partially baked crust. Distribute mozzarella in an even layer. Gently tear the burrata into bite-sized pieces and arrange across the pizza.

Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges turn golden brown. Finish with a sprinkle of flaky kosher salt.

If desired, toss arugula with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then place on top of the hot pizza just before serving.
