# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 lb. pizza dough
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
04 - 1/4 cup basil pesto or pizza sauce
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 8 oz. burrata cheese
07 - Kosher salt

→ Optional Toppings

08 - 1 cup arugula
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
02 - Roll dough out into a 14-inch circle on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
03 - Brush pizza crust with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.
04 - Bake pizza crust for 5-7 minutes or until edges begin to turn light golden brown.
05 - Spread basil pesto (or pizza sauce) over the partially baked crust. Distribute mozzarella in an even layer. Gently tear the burrata into bite-sized pieces and arrange across the pizza.
06 - Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges turn golden brown. Finish with a sprinkle of flaky kosher salt.
07 - If desired, toss arugula with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then place on top of the hot pizza just before serving.

# Notes:

01 - This pizza showcases creamy burrata cheese which melts beautifully when baked. Pre-baking the crust ensures it stays crisp under the toppings.
